Structures in a Strawberry

Strawberries are especially intersting subjects for fruit lovers. They have a mysterious and unique texture when you eat them. The texture of a strawberry invites curiousity. However, the strawberry is very good at hiding its mysteries. I can see a variety of cell structures in a tiny sample of the fruit. However, I'm not sure a saw that little hard bead that makes the strawberry so unique.
