Cells of a Strawberry

I tried to get a thin cut of the skin of a fresh strawberry. The juiciness of the fruit made it very difficult. I could only get a clear shot with the mid-range (40 x) objective. The liquid surfaces and gasses from the fruit made images at the higher magnifications impossible.
